Eliot: "Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion, but an escape from emotion; it is not the expression of personality, but an escape from personality. But, of course, only those who have personality and emotions know what it means to want to escape from these things."

I thought that if I work every day (write), one day I will have it, the books. So, I do it, but the books do not appeare! Too many of them -- and all are big. I do what I wanted when I was sixteen -- the strange giant book, which answers everything. I guess, I am writing it.
On a positive note: I began my computorized writing in 1995 and the web-wrtiting in 1998. A lot of time went into learning the web -- and the Sellassie pages. Four years or three years for me to work on my texts?
What Can I do but keep writing? I want to finish my accademic life -- I have to "formolise" it -- the textbooks, as a clouser. It would be nice to have them ten years ago, when I need them in classroom.

Now, there must be some "smart" way to help me to get to the texts:

First, stick to the subject!

Second, think it through -- the storylines (who is in charge of the script analysis manuscript?)

More work! More hours!

Script Analysis: most useful directory!

Writer

Since very little is published (nothing), I didn't have a website or even a directory for writings, although I write all the time. [Now I have Write @ GeoAlaska -- for nonfiction, another for textbooks?]

For the past two years I do it online. The Writing. Literary. I write and "publish" it at the same time. The advantages of this process are obvious; I can find my manuscripts from any computer in the world and can edit it from anywhere. The obvious minus -- most of it is not polished or even finished.

Yes, I go back and work on my texts, but only when I have time and need for editing. Most often I have time only for new writing.

Why don't I focus on one book and complete it?

First, I do not depend on writing for my income. I have no deadlines or any obligations.

Second, I write it all at the same time.

Most important, I suspect that I enjoy the "unfinished look" -- the notes style, as if I have plenty of time to live!

Allright, back to the subject! The textbooks! Oh, the ebooks! The curse! My real students and myself suffer from the webpages I put on literaly every day. Before it was a bliss! We had a textbook, we did our scenes in class, the tests were given on time... Now everything went electronic!
