This is serious business, guys. It means MONEY. It's question -- you pay or them. You have to "sell" yourself. Grad school, or auditions. You have to know how to do it. You MUST package yourself.

Remember, the rules of the selling are the same everywhere. You have to sell yourself first, before you sell the company (your training, transcript, grades and etc.) -- and only then -- the product (your skills).

"Selling yourself" starts with the package they get. Did I said "packagening"? If you complain about me, forcing you to rewrite your papers, forget it! You have to rewrite your resume 100 times. The same with the cover letter. Do you know how to write it?

Actor, director, writer -- you must be a hustler! Yes, yes, my friend. You have to force yourself on the world which doesn't care about you or art. Do you have that right attitude?

I told you -- keep writing your journals. Do you want me to help you? Help yourself first. It's war, it's battle after battle. Are you ready?

That is what I ask in Intermediate Acting class. Do you want to be "professional actor" (make money by acting)?

Mostly for grad schools.
First, the rules.
I have to have your resume. Email it. Headshot as an attachement.
Do your have video resume?
Did I see your portfolio? "The Book" you can put on the table. Programs, photos, programs, posters... They have to say (or think) -- Wow!
List of schools you are applying to. Forms. I want to see your cover letter (email it).
Look at some lettters of recommendation I posted.
Surfers, if you think that you are lucky or/and got the talent, don't waste your time reading what I have to say. You have everything a real estate agent or car salesman could desire. I write for people, who understand that theater is the last place where you can make money.
